What we collect

Information you send to us such as name email and message content. Technical data such as IP address browser type pages visited and session duration collected through cookies and analytics. Data from services that deliver media on our site such as video platforms and content delivery networks.

How we use it

• To improve site performance and user experience
• To analyse visits and measure interest
• To deliver embedded media

Legal basis

Consent for forms and cookies. Legitimate interests for security site improvement and analytics. Contract where we need data to deliver commissioned work.

Retention

Contact form entries up to twelve months. Analytics data up to twenty six months. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted providers that host our site deliver media or provide analytics. These providers act on our instructions and comply with UK data law.

Cookies

We use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to serve media. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can request access correction or deletion of your personal data and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioners Office for guidance.

Agreement supremacy

These terms override any conflicting purchase orders supplier terms or client payment policies. Alternative terms supplied by the client are proposals only and do not apply unless agreed in writing by a director of Weasel Creative Limited.

Scope of services

We provide creative direction design 3D animation simulation rendering compositing and delivery. Specific deliverables timelines and fees are set out in your proposal or invoice.

Intellectual property and usage

All rights in any work we create remain the property of Weasel Creative Limited unless we agree otherwise in writing. Clients receive a non exclusive non transferable licence to use the final delivered media only for the purpose territory and platforms agreed in writing.

Project files working files and source assets are not included. Delivery of any such files is at our discretion only and may require a separate fee and a separate written agreement. No ownership transfers unless expressly agreed and paid for.

Payment terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing and signed by a director before work begins all invoices are payable within thirty calendar days of the invoice date. Client terms that attempt to set longer schedules including 45 60 90 or 120 days are null and void unless expressly accepted in writing in advance.

We may pause or terminate work withhold deliverables and suspend licences until invoices are paid in full. No licence or usage rights are granted and no deliverables may be used until all outstanding amounts are settled.

We may charge statutory interest and fixed sum compensation on overdue invoices under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation.

Deposits

A deposit may be required prior to project commencement. The amount and timing of any deposit are at the sole discretion of Weasel Creative Limited. Deposits are non refundable except where Weasel Creative Limited agrees otherwise in writing. If the client cancels after work has begun the deposit will be retained as part payment for work completed.

Suppliers and subcontractors

We may engage trusted third party suppliers or subcontractors who operate under confidentiality and quality obligations. Unless otherwise agreed in writing any supplier or subcontractor who misses a deadline more than once without at least forty eight hours written notice will be in material breach of contract. We may terminate the relationship immediately withhold payment for undelivered work and seek compensation for resulting losses. Suppliers may not contact our clients directly without prior written consent.

Client cooperation

The client agrees to act in good faith and provide timely feedback approvals and materials as reasonably required. Unreasonable delays withholding approvals or attempts to alter agreed terms after work has begun may result in revised schedules additional fees or termination without liability.

Revisions and changes

Included revisions are listed in your proposal. Extra revisions format changes rush requests or added deliverables may be billed at our standard day rate unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery and acceptance

We deliver files in the formats agreed. Unless you raise issues within five business days the work is considered accepted.

Cancellations and termination

Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to the end date will be invoiced. Deposits are non refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We keep client confidential information private and do not share it with third parties except where required by law or where you give written permission.

Warranties and liability

We create work with care and skill. We do not promise a specific commercial result. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of revenue profit or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Events outside our control

If events outside our control prevent or delay delivery we will notify you and adjust timelines in good faith.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that relates to these terms or our services.

Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable the remainder stays in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term.
