How does the project start? (Discovery)

We kick off with a Discovery phase. We dive into your brand, your product's key features, and the "why" behind the animation. If you have CAD files, reference images, or a script, we gather them here. The goal is to align on the visual style and key messaging before we move a single pixel.

Do I get to see the work before it's finished?

Absolutely. We never go "radio silent." You will approve work at three key milestones:

• The Animatic: A low-detail "greyscale" version of the full video to lock in the timing, camera moves, and flow.
• Style Frames: High-quality static images that show exactly how the lighting, textures, and colors will look.
• Final Render: The full-quality animation, ready for final polish and sign-off.

What if I don't have a script or storyboard?

No problem. We are a full-service creative partner. We can take a rough idea or a list of product features and develop a creative treatment, script, and storyboard for you. We don't just push buttons; we help craft the narrative.

How do you handle revisions?

We believe in a structured, collaborative workflow. We typically include two rounds of consolidated feedback at each stage (Animatic, Style, Render). This keeps the project moving forward efficiently. We use tools like Frame.io so you can leave frame-accurate comments directly on the video.

Do you work with agencies and other studios?

Yes. A significant portion of our work is partnering with branding agencies, video production houses, and marketing firms. We understand agency pacing and high expectations. We can act as your specialist "3D department," plugging seamlessly into your wider campaign workflow.

Can you work white-label?

Yes. We are happy to work under your banner. We can sign NDAs, use your email domains if required, and attend client calls as part of your team. Alternatively, we can work as a transparent partner where the client knows we are your chosen 3D specialist. We are flexible to your client relationships.

We have the creative direction, can you just execute?

Definitely. If your Creative Director has already established the look and feel, we can step in purely for execution. We are experts in taking existing brand guidelines or 2D assets and translating them into premium 3D motion content that matches your vision perfectly.

How much does high-end 3D cost?

Costs vary based on complexity, duration, and the type of assets required. A technical explainer with complex fluid simulations costs more than a 10-second looping social clip. We recommend using our Project Calculator for a baseline, or booking a call for a fixed-price quote. We don't do hidden fees.

How long does a project take?

A typical 30-60 second commercial usually runs 4 to 8 weeks. However, we can sprint for shorter deadlines if needed (subject to availability). Agency partner projects often move faster if the creative direction is already locked.

What software do you use?

We run a high-end pipeline built on Cinema 4D and Houdini for complex animation and simulation. We render in Redshift for photorealistic results. Compositing is handled in After Effects. We deliver files in whatever format you need (ProRes, mp4, EXR sequences, etc.).

Do you handle sound and music?

We cover basic sound design in-house to ensure the edit flows well. For broadcast-quality audio, bespoke composition, or commercial music licensing, we partner with specialist audio engineers. Please note: Advanced sound production and music licensing fees are additional costs and are not included in our standard visual estimates.
